We are in the final stages of having our 117-metre square thermal envelope house built. Andi and his team have been a delight to work with throughout the whole project.

He has brought a high level of technical, creative design and strong communication skills throughout which has made it run smoothly; broadly on time and within the quoted budget. All additional expenditures were elements we added and were discussed and priced in advance.

The best decision we ever made. 

We have the good fortune of living next door to Andi Steinemann, and during an over-the-fence chat, mentioned that we were looking at building a house on our land. We had been investigating going with another building company but as the conversations progressed we became less and less happy with dealing with them.

Andi took our sketch drawing and turned it into a proper plan - he even put it into 3D software which meant we could really get a feel for what our floor plan would be like. To our surprise once costed we ended up with a much better house for the same price as we would have gotten from the other company.

Trusting Andi to build our house was the best decision we ever made. We ended up with the most beautiful house that is a pleasure to live in.

We have also - in our capacity as business owners -, engaged Andi and his staff to work with us on a large two-bathroom renovation project. It involved adding two extra full bathrooms onto existing balconies. From initial meetings with the customers, through to the building work and delivery Andi and his staff produced an amazing result. Andi’s builder on site James was great to work with and did an outstanding job. We are both very proud of the finished product, as were our customers.

Andi is so easy to work with and totally transparent in terms of timeframes and costs. Andi’s workmanship and attention to detail are second to none.
